When someone makes more fuss about something than it ist worht, he ist doing an Affentanz. When there is a great effort to reach a ridiculous goal, that's an Affentanz.
It literaly means: "Monkey's dance."
They did an Affentanz just to get their license plate. Why does it take such an Affentanz to geht a Visa?
